Therapist + Healer + Leadership Wellness Consultant

I Believe Leadership Should Flow from Wholeness — Not Burnout

I’m Dr. Lacrecia Dangerfield, a licensed mental health therapist, clinical supervisor, and leadership wellness consultant. But more than that — I’m a woman who has experienced burnout, brokenness, and breakthrough. I am here to guide Spirit-led leaders and clinicians into the same.

For over 20 years, I’ve served as a counselor, facilitator, adjunct professor, ministry leader, and visionary. What I discovered in every space — from therapy rooms to boardrooms to sanctuaries – is this: too many brilliant, called, and caring people are silently leading while empty.

So, I created ReImprint Wellness and Leadership – a sacred space where identity is restored, wellness is prioritized, and leadership is redefined from the inside out.

My Journey: From Burnout to Breakthrough

There was a season I was showing up for everyone – clients, staff, church, and family — but somewhere along the way, I stopped showing up for myself.  I was working as a Program Director, CEO of my private practice, and caregiver while juggling being a student.

I know the cost of compassion fatigue, the disorientation of transition, and the longing to lead in alignment with your calling. I also know the power of Spirit-led healing, clinical wisdom, and courageous transformation.

That’s why I now help others do the same – reconnect to who they are, why they’re here, and how they’re called to lead.
